If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Whether the fit wasn’t perfect or you simply changed your mind, we’ll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Tags and packaging should be intact
• Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works perfectly)

To start a return, simply email us at info@california-boutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Fast, Reliable Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued in US dollars to your original method of payment, and we’ll send you a confirmation once it’s completed.

Please note:

• Original delivery is always free within the United States — no restocking fees, no hidden charges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is for a change of mind or an exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We never want that to happen. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at info@california-boutique.com. We’ll make it right, and we cover the return shipping in that case.
